Computer Lab Instructions: IT Teacher Guidance

• No one Respected Teacher is allowed to sit in Computer Lab from 30/11/2018.
• IT Teacher (as I Muhammad Sadaqat Ali) is not responsible for person work such as printing of transfer form or salary slip or any teacher academy test printing etc which shall be strictly prohibited next.
• Remember that Computer Lab is for Students.
• Printing/Scanning is not allowed other than Official Concerned.
• After getting written permission from head of institute, Respected Teachers can use client computer  during school timing.
• Pec/Board work for online data shall be finalized after consulting with related Staff and Shall be done in Schedule days.
• For Daily Official communication, IT teacher shall use the admin computer.
• Teachers are respected person so consider above instruction please.

• Above instruction means, No person work is allowed in computer lab.
• No rudeness behaviour is consider next time in lab of any Respected Teacher.
• Next, Computer lab will be used for learn classroom for student.
• An IT teacher is not responsible of person work of any Respected Teacher. So Respected Teacher, ownself avoid please.
• An IT teacher is not responsible for earlier data/result or work but he is responsible for current data.
• Those teachers whose are using computer lab printer for academy purpose such as printing of huge numbers of page of tests, notes etc are requested to use their own source of printing while these teacher are strictly prohibited to do any kind of work in computer lab because this activity lost the school students learning.
• Additional, also please read Rules and Regulation of Education Code, Anti-corruption rules and regulation.

Duty of IT Teacher:

• Teaching Computer Science as Subject
• PEC/Board/Liaison data handling of own School.

Do not Duty of IT Teacher:

• Do any Person work of any Respected of School
• Do take any person interest in the work of other school.

Computers LAB Rules

There are rules for computer lab which must be ensure to follow any where public school so that the objective of school and school lab remain attainable smoothly. 

Rules regarding Wifi:

• School Internet shall only be use for School communication purpose/ Data Handling/ Data Manipulation. For the sake of PEC, BISE, Other Clerical work of School etc
• No IT Teacher Shall share Wifi Password with other teachers because this lead to extreme usage of mobile phone in school which is already prohibited as per notification of Punjab School Education Department Authorities.

Rules of Computer Lab in Govt. Schools:

• Come with Clean Hand
• No Political discussion is allowed in Computer Lab
• Respect Others
• Touch Computer Component Softly
• Don't do which you do not know.

Taking Charge of IT Lab

How I get charge of IT Lab? Complete Procedure

On 22-11-2018, My School Head Principal Ayub Sabir Sb requested to SS Math Sir Shahid Sb to Verify the items from Stock register of Computer Components. He verify the following items from computer lab then after typing and signing this letter handover to HM.

Subject: Physical  verification of computer Lab items as per IT lab Stock Register.

It is certified that upon the order of Principal GHSS Merajke; I physically verified the existence of quantity of following things without specifications.

Mr. Sadaqat Ali SESE CS please take over the charge of IT Lab from Rashid Hussain SST IT who has transferred.

Mr. Rashid Hussain SST IT, is a lucky man who did B.Sc in Math A, B and Computer and got 403 marks out of 800 in 2007 and appoint as SST IT in 2009. But it is surprise to see that after serving 10 year at GHSS Merajke, he took U-turn to migrate to Sialkot City, Where he has no house,  no residence.

 As I know, he has his own house, car, agri land at his village. he was spending his life peacefully at his village in-spite of this life, he decide to migrate into Sialkot City. If a man has good reputation in his village and he is doing good job in his village, it is 1000 time better to migrate into city life because in the new situation, life is started again from initial level. Moreover, also other social related issue started again toward new dimension. All in vain but best wishes for colleague.
